CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS You may cancel your order at any time up to ten days before the event: A full refund less a £95.00 per person (plus VAT) administration charge will be made for event cancellations made by fax, email or letter received ten working days before the event. Thereafter we regret no refunds can be made, but conference documentation will automatically be forwarded to you. Substitutions are welcome at anytime: If you are unable to attend and would like to send a substitute, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can ensure the booking details are updated. *Savings include all early registrations and / or team discounts.
