We cannot develop our business and client services without your feedback
and input. Please let us know what suggestions you have for future events,
publications, reports, in-house training or industry surveys. We also
welcome any feedback on how we might improve our services to clients. |

| How can I find details of the event venue / location? | |
|
Venue details and maps will be sent to all registered delegates, speakers
and guests approximately one month before the event. At the same time
the event venue will be posted on the website. To access these details
on our website just go to the event itself. |

| What is the dress code? | |
|
The dress code at the conference is business dress or smart casual. Speakers wear suits / business attire. |

| How can I make the most of my time at an Infoline event? | |
|
Questions raised by delegates at an event help enhance the focus and
depth of the learning experience for everyone. We therefore encourage
you to put forward your questions and / or comments to the speakers at
the end of each presentation. |

| Are there any specific networking opportunities? | |
|
Upon arrival at Infoline's registration desk you will see a list of
other delegates attending the same event. Should you wish to take the
opportunity to meet and network with a particular delegate, please notify
Infoline staff at the registration desk and they will endeavour to facilitate
an introduction. |

|
We welcome your complaint; not because we wish to let you down, but
because we wish to learn from our mistakes. Therefore please do not hesitate
to contact us if you have been unsatisfied with one of our products or

Delegates attending events may wish to apply their time towards their profession's CPD scheme.
