Andrew Lowin Director, Regulation & Risk KINETIC PARTNERS

Andrew has been in the financial services industry since 1983 and has experience in the asset manager, broker / dealer and private client asset management sectors. This has included undertaking the roles of CEO and CFO.

Andrew is responsible for managing Kinetic Partners’ technical research on regulatory matters. In his role, Andrew is responsible for training and supporting the firm’s activities on technical issues, maintaining the firm’s relationships with the FSA’s policy teams and to undertake specialist project management.

He leads a team of specialist regulatory experts providing ongoing and ad-hoc advice to a significant number of Investment Firms ranging from small Hedge Fund Managers though national Wealth Managers to multinational institutional managers.
